www.dslrfilmnoob.com I’ve been waiting to post this for more then a week. The first Bluetooth transmitter I received was defective and I had to send it back. The seller was kind enough to cover return shipping, but the back and forth took awhile. I finally received the working Bluetooth transmitter a few days ago and had a chance to run the setup through its paces. I’m very happy to say that everything works great! I was able to get clean audio transmitted over 50 feet line of site and about 20 feet through walls. Two tests of battery life showed 5 hours the first test and 3 hours 45 min second test. Not the 8 hours promised by the manual but still quit good for the price. The receiver actually ran out of power before the transmitter on the second test. I would have thought it would be the other way around. Both the transmitter and receiver aren’t much bigger then a compact flash card so they wont add much weight to your rig and since the Bluetooth transmitter sends stereo audio you can get 2 channels of audio back to your camera. In this video I do a short review on the Nikon D90. I have owned this camera since 2008. It is awesome and in my opinion still beats out a lot of the newer cameras in this price range. Please rate, comment and subscribe! Thanks for watching!
The best feature of this camera is the SWIVEL LCD SCREEN. 18MP, outstanding!
The attached lens is a 18-135mm standard zoom. I am not a PRO. As a matter of fact, i am a NOOBY in DSLR world. I would like to thank the people who gave me good pointers on how to take great photos using a DLSR camera.

www.learningdslrvideo.com OK, if you have been following me for a while you know I recently purchased a Canon 5D Mark III, a Tamron 24-70mm 2.8 and a Canon EF 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II USM. Now that I know what I have, I can finally get a camera bag to fit my stuff. But first let me show you what I have been using for the past couple of years for my T2i gear. It’s a 15 year old Jansport Airlift. I have used the hell out of it, and it still looks as good as when I bought it. When I did a shoot with DeeJay and showed him my bag, he laughed and said, “That’s funny, you have to blog about that”. I want to start out by buying the smallest camera bag I need, because from what I hear you end up collecting them all sorts of sizes, kind of like my family’s cooler collection. The biggest requirement is that it would fit on a small regional jet over head bin; I never want to hear the flight attendant telling me that I had to check my bag because it would not fit in the overhead bin. I think camera bags are a very personal choice, I think that is true because my B&H rep told me that camera bags are the number 1 returned item. I think it is something that has to fit you and your style well, like a good pair of shoes. There are sooooo many bags to pick from, so I put out a call to my Google+, Twitter and Facebook followers on what I should try. I was amazed by all the people that answered my request. Help me make more of these types of videos by purchasing gear from the links posted on my …

An introduction about different types of flash and how light behaves. For example what id meant by ‘hard’ or ‘soft’ light? How do you find or create hard and soft light from your flash gun? I find it helps to visualise light as water and think about what would water do when squirted from a hose. If you put a sprinkler on the end it’s a bit like adding a diffuser to your flash. The light shatters and becomes softer. But I reckon the bit you’ll enjoy most is bounce flash. With the help of Lorna and a hose pipe we’ll show you how light behaves when you bounce it off a wall or ceiling.

www.dslrfilmnoob.com Many of the direct recording audio solutions for Canon DSLR Cameras involve large boxes and other random Items in order to get the audio into your camera. But once the audio is being recorded by your camera how do you know if it is any good? Well with the the help of a FiiO e5 headphone amplifier: www.amazon.com and a female RCA to 3.5mm adapter: www.amazon.com You can add audio monitoring functionality to your Canon DSLR Camera (when using a field monitor). I have two people to credit in this video. The first one is Christian Sundsdal. He is the one I mentioned who hooked the rode VideoMic and FiiO e5 together. You can find out more about him here: vimeo.com And the second is Youtube member Freyguyproductions. He sent in the question that got me started looking for this solution. You can find his blog here: Freyguyproductions.blogspot.com NOTE Remember this is for use with a field monitor. You need either an HDMI monitor or a little composite input monitor. See: www.dslrfilmnoob.com The screen on the camera goes black as soon as you plug the usb-composite adapter into your camera. If you aren’t using a field monitor this probably isn’t the way to go.
